Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Finyaara: this website, the Finyaara web app, and FinDesk, the connector that runs next to TallyPrime. Finyaara is run by the Finyaara team in India and is not yet registered as a company. By creating an account or using Finyaara, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. What Finyaara does, and doesn't
- Finyaara reads your TallyPrime books through FinDesk and shows checks and follow-ups: GST and ITC, suppliers, cash, and the monthly close.
- FinDesk only reads Tally. It never creates, changes or deletes your vouchers or ledgers.
- Finyaara does not file returns and is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Its findings depend on what is in your books and on outside sources, and can be incomplete or wrong. You, and your CA, remain responsible for your books, your filings and your decisions. Check before you act.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business or CA firm you add.
- Keep your password and licence or firm keys private. You are responsible for what is done with them.
- Give accurate details, and only add a business whose data you are allowed to share with us. A CA firm adding a client confirms it holds that client's engagement and consent.
3. Free trial and plans
- A new business gets a 14-day free trial. No payment is needed.
- When the trial ends, access stops until you move to a plan; your data stays as it was. Contact us to find the plan that suits you.
- Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, their prices and terms will be shown to you before you pay.
4. Your data
Your business data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Finyaara for you and the people you share it with, as described in the privacy policy. Business owners decide what their CA can see and can take that back at any time.
5. Fair use
Don't misuse Finyaara: no trying to reach data that isn't yours, breaking or overloading the service, reverse-engineering it, reselling it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
6. Availability
We work to keep Finyaara running, but it is offered as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. It may be slow to wake after a quiet spell, and we may change or improve features.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Finyaara team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, interest, penalties or missed ITC, arising from using Finyaara or relying on its findings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Finyaara in the 12 months before the claim (nil during a free trial).
8. Ending
You can stop using Finyaara at any time and ask us to delete your data, as the privacy policy explains. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be decided by the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about changes that matter. Questions? Write to hello@finyaara.com or use this form.
